Venetian artist Ferruccio Bortolozzi died on 25 May 2007, at 87 years of age. His earliest works, mostly paintings in the 1940s were the results of self-taught technique, and no formal instruction. Bertolozzi then graduated from the Art Institute, where he also subsequently taught courses.
