In 2010\, to hono r the memory of Andrew Ladis (1949–2007)\, we are returning to the ser ies’ original concept: the art of the fourteenth century. The fourteen th century we have in mind is a long one\, from roughly 1260 through 145 3.  Rather than focusing on a single city\, style\, medium\, or artist\ , the conference will consider a range of topics relevant to art produce d in Italy and the Mediterranean basin during this long fourteenth centu ry.
