DEADLINE TODAY: Call for Nominations
The Italian Art Society is soliciting nominations and self-nominations to fill vacant positions for Board officers and committee members. Candidates must be IAS members at the time of their nomination; all members, including student members, are eligible for nomination. Officers hold two-year terms; committee members, three. Elections will be held by the membership via online ballot. New terms of office begin in February after the IAS business meeting at the College Art Association annual conference. Vacancies along with position descriptions are listed on the Italian Art Society website.
We are urgently seeking members interested in serving specifically for the positions of Treasurer and Events Coordinator. We have extended the deadline for nominations and self-nominations to 19 January 2018. We encourage you to consider one of these, or any of the other committee and executive board roles that are up for re-election.
