The Digital Hadrian’s Villa Project was created by the World Heritage Laboratory between 2007 and 2012. The project’s website offers the opportunity to “visit” Hadrian’s Villa — built at the end of the emperor’s life in Tivoli, Italy — online. The site hosts digital models, photographs, and other scholarly apparatus.
